Do you think that Mental Health doesn’t affect you?

Mental health affects all of us in some way. One in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year.

It was recently revealed that 41 per cent of 16 – 24 year old felt overwhelmed. For many people this can be the age that they begin their journey into self discovery by attending university.

This can be the first time they have lived away from home. They are coping with many more responsibilities, deadlines and challenging new experiences.

This can also be a worry, stressful and lonely time. One of the best ways through this can be to talk to someone, spending some time enjoying your favourite hobby and by organising yourself.

You are not alone, Harmless and the Tomorrow Project are here to support you. If you would like more information on the support we can provide please contact us at info@harmless.org.uk
