Here are some tips that might help.

- Pamper yourself with a warm bath
- Have your favourite treats
Take small steps to eat well, take gentle exercise and keep active.
Talk – It’s good to talk about your feelings as this can improve your mood and make it a lot easier to deal with the tough times.
Don’t be a stranger –‘take some me time’ along with ensuring that you don’t sped long periods by yourself. It’s really important to look after yourself and stay in touch with others.
Get out and about – keeping up with your regular hobbies and exercise routine as this will help reduce stress and boost your serotonin levels.
