Though we should all try to make time to help other people in our lives, that shouldn’t mean that you constantly ignore your own needs. Without any self-care, you begin to suffer from mental, physical, and emotional exhaustion that simply prevents you from making the most of your life.

Instead of trying to revamp your entire eating strategy, focus on making one healthy meal a day, and supplementing it with healthy decisions throughout your schedule. 3. Keep It Simple

It will be easier to practice self-care on some days than it is on others, and that’s fine. Just because you fall off the wagon at times doesn’t mean you should give up on your strategy altogether.
