Managing stress and doing what you love

Are you doing enough to manage your stress?

Our friend Pam Burrows has been boosting us every breakfast for the last 11 days, and we wanted to carry on the conversations she’s started through her Facebook videos right here, on our wonderful blog!

Yesterday, Pam focused on how stress impacts our body (especially through our skin), and today she asked us to do something we enjoy – to allow ourselves some joy, decompression and pleasure. So, tonight, I’m going to do just that.

For me, reading has always been an outlet. It takes me into worlds my mind can fully visualise, and feeds my thirst for knowledge. In my opinion, there’s nothing better than a good old book! I’ve set up a shelf of positivity in my work-from-home office so I have a dedicated space to relax at the end of every day, with my book.
